The Lodge Apartments are immediately adjacent to the Sun Valley Lodge, affording easy access to the many amenities of Sun Valley Village. This four-story condo in Ketchum will accommodate up to 12 guests and provides a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends wishing to stay in one unit. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.
