For all of our guests, we try to make the Limelight Hotel feel like home. So for the new Limelight Hotel Ketchum, we took that idea a little further and created several residences on site. Guests can check-in to 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-bedroom residences depending on availability. So settle in. Put your feet up. Do what comes naturally at home.

The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s a shuttle stop conveniently located in front of the complex.

The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

The complex features a year-round hot tub and nice views of the surrounding mountains. Sun Valley is known for its world-class skiing in winter and spring. Summer and fall also offer tremendous varied activities for outdoor mountain enthusiasts. The free shuttle bus stops nearby and provides transportation to the ski lifts, Sun Valley Village and downtown Ketchum.

The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.
