In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
