Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.

Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
