The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

Nestled in West Ketchum, this two-story, 2-bedroom/2.5-bath duplex offers a tranquil retreat in a peaceful neighborhood, accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon entering, a welcoming sitting area provides space for coats, shoes, boots, and skis. The guest bedroom features a double bed and access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located within this bathroom's closet. The hallway leads to a sunroom with a relaxing chair and access to the deck. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.
