These condominiums are situated right in the hub of Warm Springs. The living room opens to a large deck with perfect views of Bald Mountain ski runs. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

Nestled in West Ketchum, this two-story, 2-bedroom/2.5-bath duplex offers a tranquil retreat in a peaceful neighborhood, accommodating up to 4 guests. Upon entering, a welcoming sitting area provides space for coats, shoes, boots, and skis. The guest bedroom features a double bed and access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower. A stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located within this bathroom's closet. The hallway leads to a sunroom with a relaxing chair and access to the deck. The primary bedroom boasts a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink vanity and a sunken tub with shower.
