Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

Take in the scenery from your Ridge condominium, with beautiful golf course and mountain views. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace and washer/dryer. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum.
