ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. Amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill and parking.

This one-bedroom plus loft one-bath condo is located in SW Ketchum near the bike path and will sleep 5 guests. Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

The Westridge Condos offer an outstanding location for gathering your family and friends to enjoy the Sun Valley outdoor amenities! The complex offers a community hot tub, elevator, and underground assigned parking. Each condo includes air-conditioning, wireless internet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There’s a shuttle stop conveniently located in front of the complex.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area.
