The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.
