The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

The Evergreen Condos are located in the town of Ketchum, a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus stops a block away. The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.
