The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. On the middle level is the living area with 31 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views . The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, gas grill, small table with two chairs and umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, walk in closet and full size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either bathrooms in the condo. This condo has a one car garage for compact car and limited parking within the complex. If you have more than one car you will need to park a short distance from the condo on the street

The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.
