The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

This one-bedroom plus loft one-bath condo is located in SW Ketchum near the bike path and will sleep 5 guests. Located on the second floor of the complex this condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings for great light. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a small deck with a table and 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked and the dining table seats 4. The master bedroom is on this level and has a King bed with access to a small deck with a portable propane gas grill, table, and chairs. There is a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. The spiral staircase off the living area takes you to the loft which has a Queen bed and a single twin bed.

The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.
