Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

The Giguere Home at Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Come create your own treasured memories in this charming 3 floor, 5 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom home. Renovated in 2022, the house features all new furnishings, new bedding, new appliances, new carpeting and a new hot tub! As you enter the home on the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with gas fireplace that flows to the large dining area and open kitchen with half bathroom, plus one of the ensuite bedrooms. The roomy three upstairs bedrooms all feature ensuite bathrooms as well while the downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids and features it's own mini-living area with games. Step out into the sun room and you'll find the private deck with grill and stairs down to the outdoor hot tub (included for peak ski season & optional set up fee other times). Smart TVs and high-speed Internet throughout! There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and with all the amenities you may never want to leave!

The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

Four-bedroom Townhouse sleeps 10 just minutes from Killington Base Lodges. Very spacious property for those with a larger family. This property can also be rented with Snow Flurry if available.
