The left unit of this duplex home is located directly across from Pico Mountain (3 min) and a short ten minute drive to Killington Resort. Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. This 2 BR / 1.5 BA property is located just off the main road and 5 minutes to the slopes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar area with wine fridge, gas fireplace, living room with streaming TV, two downstairs bedrooms and a back deck with grill, you'll have everything you need for your holiday here. On the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the primary bedroom, bathroom and bunk room. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the fire or views. As you enter the spacious condo, you'll find a large mudroom with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. Head upstairs to the loft where you'll find additional sleeping with two twin beds. Tastefully decorated with many thoughtful touches, you'll enjoy high-speed Internet, smart TVs throughout, games, AC for summer, and much more. You may not want to go out!
