This incredible ski in ski out resort, One Ski Hill Place, is situated at the base of Peak 8. These luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town. You can enjoy the convenience of your own ski locker and ski valet and walk right out to access four ski lifts! At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

Village at Breckenridge

The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. Beaver Run Resort

This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. Mountaineer Townhomes

The Mountaineer Townhomes are situated in the Tyra Subdivision just above the Snowflake Lift, one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop and 4.5 blocks to Historic Main Street. These multi-level townhome offers beautiful mountain and downtown views with a mountain stream running just behind the property. Each townhome has an open living area with a gas fireplace and private balcony. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and one-car garage.

Lone Hand Lodge

Completed with luxury finishes and top of the line amenities, Lone Hand Lodge exemplifies casual elegance and comfort. An open floor plan creates an easy flow on the main level between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has walk out access to the deck, floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace for warmth and coziness. For those grabbing a quick meal before hitting the slopes, there is additional bar seating for four at the center island. Four bedrooms each offer their own baths and a total of six beds. In the master suite you’ll find floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, king bed and seating area. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Downstairs has an second living space perfect for late night movies with leather couches, stone gas fireplace, TV and mini kitchenette with a microwave for making popcorn. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The rustic wood dining table seats eight and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the great room is the exquisite master bedroom with luxurious wood furnishings and a king bed. In the daytime, the warm Colorado sunshine pours through the large windows, illuminating the room. The master bath has a jetted tub, double sinks and large glass shower. The downstairs lounging room is home to the massive media area with a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. A pool table doubles as a ping pong table for those who like a little light challenge on vacation. Right outside is a walkout patio and private hot tub.
