One Ski Hill Place

This incredible ski in ski out resort, One Ski Hill Place, is situated at the base of Peak 8. These luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town. You can enjoy the convenience of your own ski locker and ski valet and walk right out to access four ski lifts! At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

Village at Breckenridge

The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8.
