This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.
