The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area.
