The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

Conveniently situated three blocks from the River Run base area and five blocks from downtown Ketchum, the Christophe Condominiums provide guests with ideal access to all that Sun Valley has to offer—on and off the slopes. Guests can also easily hop on the town shuttle from the Christophe, which provides free service to the ski lifts and all areas of the resort. Boasting a four-season outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, the Christophe provides guests with relaxing amenities perfect after a full day on the slopes. Accommodations range from studio units to 1 or 2 bedroom condos and feature wood-burning fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.

The SnowStar Condominiums are located about 3 blocks from the River Run lifts and 6 blocks from downtown Ketchum’s dining, shopping and art galleries, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from these condos - including the occasional deer, elk, or moose that meander by in the early mornings. Condominiums include a fireplace, private balcony and washer/dryer. The SnowStar complex includes an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and underground parking with elevator access, for a stress-free stay in Sun Valley. Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.
