Groups and families love the Plaza for its convenient location just 100 yards from the ski area's main lift, the Silver Queen. In one short walk, guests can hit the slopes or take in the action at the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The Plaza is also unique for its condominium setting with hotel-style services. Spacious two- and three- bedroom suites include everything you need to be independent, while on-site check-in, a restaurant and bar, covered parking and two hot tubs provide all the benefits of a hotel. The Plaza is currently undergoing construction and there will be no access to balconies during this time.

Each morning a custom-designed snowcat will be waiting at the front door to whisk guests to 1,000+ acres of exclusive ski terrain in nearby Irwin. Black Bear Lodge is a condominium resort located a short walking distance from the West Wall lift at the base of Crested Butte Mountain. Each two, three or four bedroom condominium is decorated in the popular rustic mountain luxury style with lots of slate, granite and exposed lodge pole beams. Building amenities include an outdoor hot tub with down-valley views, ski storage lockers, elevator, wi-fi, underground parking garage and heated sidewalks. Summer visitors will appreciate the easy access to trails and other activities.

The Paradise Condos are a short shuttle ride to the base area and lifts. Each condo has a private washer/dryer, balcony and beautiful western views of the Elk Mountain Range. This property has a shared outdoor hot tub and is an economical choice for groups and families.

Located 50 yards from the Peachtree Lift in Mount Crested Butte, the Wood Creek Condos are ski-in and walk-out to the lifts. Each condo has a full kitchen, fireplace, and balcony. The property has shared laundry facilities and an outdoor hot tub.

The Buttes are comfortable slope-side accommodations situated near the ski area base offering private washer and dryer, full kitchen, and gas fireplace. They are just steps from the lifts, base area restaurants, shops, and the free town shuttle. The Chateaux makes family or group travel an absolute breeze. Winter visitors enjoy splashing around in the heated outdoor pool and hot tub, even as the flakes fall. Summer mountain bikers can rinse off their wheels at the complimentary bike wash station on-site. Condos range from one to four bedrooms and are furnished with a wood-burning fireplace, private deck and full kitchen. For those wishing to get to town or the base area, the complimentary shuttle stops by in summer and winter every 15-20 minutes. Common laundry facilities are located on the second floor of each building.
