    Beaver Creek Dining

    With a slogan like Beaver Creek’s “Not exactly roughing it,” you can imagine that the options for fine dining in Beaver Creek are plentiful. Legendary Chef Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, located in the Ritz Carlton at Bachelor Gulch, and is considered to be one of the best Beaver Creek restaurants. The menu is sure to enchant every palate with delicious international favorites ranging from duck confit to sashimi to Colorado raised lamb chops and Mainediver scallops. The well-rounded menu combined with Spago’s extraordinary wine list, décor, service and ambiance, will delight even the most critical foodie.

    If you’re looking for a unique fine dining experience then Beano’s Cabin is a must. Diners are whisked from the bottom of the Beaver Creek Stables via an open-air sleigh—pulled by a snowcat— up to the restaurant, which is located near the Larkspur Lift. You can expect live music, rustic Western décor and a cozy atmosphere thanks to a roaring fire place. Beano’s is a great option for a fun family night out, as there’s an early-seating menu designed especially for children. Adults can enjoy a five course meal and an incredible wine list.

    Other notable Beaver Creek fine dining options include Splendido, SaddleRidg and Mirabelle Restaurant.

    While there is more higher-end restaurants than not, Beaver Creek has plenty of affordable dining options for visitors on a budget. Blue Moose, located in the Beaver Creek Village, offers some great pizza, salads and plenty of Colorado draft beers at a reasonable rate. Local hotspot Blue Plate, in Avon is great restaurant if you’re looking for something a little more formal, with exceptional value for price. For a popular happy hour scene, extensive wine list and quality food, head to Vin 48 in Avon.

    On Mountain Beaver Creek Restaurants

    The Beaver Creek village offers plenty of options for mid-skiing snacks or lunch, but if you’re looking to make the most of your time on Beaver Creek slopes, you’ll want to eat on the mountain. To please everyone’s palate in your group or family, head to Mamie’s Mountain Grill, located at the top of Bachelor Gulch. You can “grill your own” Colorado lamp or chicken, or opt for burgers, European hot dogs or soup.  Even the pickiest eater will find something to enjoy at Spruce Saddle Lodge, located at the top of the Centennial Express Lift, which offers an assortment of soups, sandwiches, pizza and even sushi. If time is of the essence head to Red Tail Camp for deli and BBQ options, like a pork burger or bratwurst.
