Conveniently located condominiums just south of downtown Ketchum on Trail Creek. Spacious rooms with fine finishes of natural stone, tile and hardwood floors, and an open living room/kitchen area. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, in-unit laundry facilities, central A/C and elevator access from the heated underground garage with one parking space. There is a free shuttle that picks up across Main Street and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley Resort.

The condos offer all of the basics for a winter stay. Singles or couples will find it very convenient and cozy. Snowrun offers partial views of Bald Mountain ski runs located on Jane Lane. The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

You will adore this stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhome, centrally located in downtown Ketchum. This upstairs corner studio loft/1-bathroom, 470 square-foot condo sleeps 3 and offers comfortable accommodations with moderate furnishings. As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, and streaming, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill. This unit does have an in window air conditioner. The loft sleeping area up a flight of stairs features a queen bed (new mattress May 2021), a 55-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are Mt views from this room.
