Spacious family home with wonderful light and superb views located in the Warm Springs area. This home is ideal for multigenerational families or multiple households. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. From the spacious master suite, wake up to beautiful mountain views from the king poster bed. This suite also includes a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The second master suite also features a king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and desk area. The home has 2 additional guest bedrooms that both have en suite baths.
