Complimentary transportation to town, the resort and to and from the Hailey airport is available.

The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

The White Cloud townhomes are located next to the beautiful Trail Creek & White Cloud golf course, across the street and just minutes from the Sun Valley resort and downtown Ketchum. These gorgeous townhomes feature high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and beautiful décor throughout. The living area opens up to a large deck. Each townhome has a laundry room, wireless internet and private 2-car garage.

For all of our guests, we try to make the Limelight Hotel feel like home. So for the new Limelight Hotel Ketchum, we took that idea a little further and created several residences on site. ndora Villa offers sleek 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Sun Valley mountain vacation condos three blocks from the slopes and two blocks from town. Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. Living areas feature wood floors, premium furnishings, a flat-screen TV and a stone fireplace. Queen beds furnish the guestrooms, and the master bedroom has an en suite bath. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and feature granite countertops and breakfast bar, as well as an adjoining dining area. Amenities include cable TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill and parking.

Spacious family home with wonderful light and superb views located in the Warm Springs area. This home is ideal for multigenerational families or multiple households. There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10. There is a large, wrap-around deck off the main living area with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

This is a newly remodeled centrally located in Ketchum. The 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath 2 story Townhome with 3600 sqft. of living space will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with 85 inch flat screen TV and gas ignited wood burning fireplace. The ceilings are high which bring in great light into the living and dining areas. There is access to a nice deck with mountain views and outdoor furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. The dinning table seats six. Also on this level you will find the master bedroom with King bed, a 55 inch flat screen with cable/apple tv and access to small deck. The master bath has a 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a large walk in closet as well.

Step back into the old West in our cozy cabin just minutes’ walk to the River Run Ski lift and downtown Ketchum. This pet-friendly, log cabin features high, log-beamed ceilings, and a tall, river rock, wood-burning fireplace. Lounge in the colorful living room with the fire and open-concept kitchen or tuck back into the southwest family room with an electric fireplace and big screen streaming-only TV. Gaze out the large windows and you may see a deer, rabbits that live under the deck or a peeking black bear.
