Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area. The units all have access to a pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry facility, and are within walking distance to the town of Ketchum. The Horizons IV condominiums offer a good opportunity for proximity to lifts and downtown. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 50 yards from the condo and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.
