Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

This charming 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome in Elkhorn is a lovely family-friendly home, with a large deck and mountain views. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bath, and the third offers full-sized bunk beds for the kids. The living room has a stereo and TV and the dining area seats six. The home enjoys great sunlight, making for a bright and warm escape.

Located in charming Elkhorn Village, close to the Elkhorn Golf Course, Sunburst condos each have a full kitchen, fireplace and living area. The complex features a year-round hot tub and nice views of the surrounding mountains. Sun Valley is known for its world-class skiing in winter and spring. Summer and fall also offer tremendous varied activities for outdoor mountain enthusiasts. The free shuttle bus stops nearby and provides transportation to the ski lifts, Sun Valley Village and downtown Ketchum.

The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.
