Townsend Lodge (112 Garnet) is on a quiet street in old Ketchum. This wonderful 2,200 square foot log home, which looks out on a large open field, offers spectacular views of Mount Baldy - Ketchum’s main ski area. The great room is a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room table for 8 and a small library/sitting area. The two master bedrooms each have king beds and their own baths. French doors open out to a deck to the backyard and a spacious slate-lined hot tub. Down the hall, there is an additional queen bedroom and an Adirondack style bunk room which comfortably sleeps 4. Both bedrooms share a hallway bath close by. Amenities include a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, 4 televisions (one 40” high definition flat screen,) 2 DVD players, CD player with iPod dock, Sony Playstation 2, and a gas grill.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners. Condos feature an open living, dining and kitchen area, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and air-conditioning.

The Edelweiss offers great value at a moderate price. Key features include its nearby location restaurants and ski shops. Located across the street from the Warm Springs Lifts and Lodge. The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. Just minutes away from downtown Ketchum, these condos are perhaps the most sought-after lodging in the Sun Valley area. These units sit in the heart of Sun Valley, affording beautiful views of either Bald Mountain or the Sun Valley Golf Course. In the winter, the golf course becomes the Nordic Skiing Center where you can try out a variety of Nordic winter sports.

The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and all the streaming apps. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. High speed wireless internet access is provided, as well! The bedroom has a king bed and access to hallway bath with shower only and single sink vanity.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds.
