The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

Boasting a four-season outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub, the Christophe provides guests with relaxing amenities perfect after a full day on the slopes. Accommodations range from studio units to 1 or 2 bedroom condos and feature wood-burning fireplaces and fully-equipped kitchens.

The condos offer all of the basics for a winter stay. Singles or couples will find it very convenient and cozy. Snowrun offers partial views of Bald Mountain ski runs located on Jane Lane. The free KART bus service stops just a few blocks away and provides service to all areas of the resort. Greyhawk and Challenger ski lifts are only 2 blocks away and the Warm Springs golf course and tennis courts are just a mile toward the town of Ketchum.

The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
