The Limelight Hotel Ketchum welcomes all to stay and play at the newest hotel in the Sun Valley area. Located on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho, the Limelight Ketchum opened in December 2016 to offer the warm, friendly atmosphere and high-value amenities that have made the Limelight Hotel Brand a lauded resort hotel experience. The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. Skyline Drive also features a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, office, laundry area, one-car stall in the garage, air-conditioning and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access. Experience nature trails for biking, hiking, walking and even cross-country skiing just beyond the backyard!

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.
