The Limelight Hotel Ketchum welcomes all to stay and play at the newest hotel in the Sun Valley area. Located on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho, the Limelight Ketchum opened in December 2016 to offer the warm, friendly atmosphere and high-value amenities that have made the Limelight Hotel Brand a lauded resort hotel experience. The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. The Colonnade condos offer a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain. Condos feature an open floor plan with a fireplace, washer/dryer, air-conditioning, and a heated one-car garage. Located right in the heart of downtown Ketchum, you really won’t need a car on this vacation.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with 36 in TV to enjoy. The slider leads to the patio area and large yard to enjoy during the summer months.
