The Limelight Hotel Ketchum welcomes all to stay and play at the newest hotel in the Sun Valley area. Located on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho, the Limelight Ketchum opened in December 2016 to offer the warm, friendly atmosphere and high-value amenities that have made the Limelight Hotel Brand a lauded resort hotel experience. This top-of-the-line luxury 4bd/4ba condo is located in Ketchum with spectacular views. Located on the third floor of the complex (elevator access) is all one level with high ceilings and an ample amount of living space. The living area is an open plan with high ceilings and great Mt views. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4 burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

The Ski View Townhomes feature three levels of living space, with private decks, a gas or wood-burning fireplace, and washer/dryer. Ski View is located along Trail Creek, five blocks from the River Run chairlift and two blocks from downtown Ketchum. Transportation to the slopes and around town is provided by a free town shuttle, which stops at Sockeye Square, next to the Ski View complex. Ski View amenities include wireless internet, a private two-car garage, and a common area hot tub.
