This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

On the lower level, there is a separate den for work or play with its own desk, seating area and wide-screen TV. A beautifully landscaped stone terrace with mountain and pond views and a gas grill is located off the living room. A breezeway off the front entry leads to a two-car garage. The Harriman Home also has high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR and DVD. Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, a hot tub and sauna are included.

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
