The Limelight Hotel Ketchum welcomes all to stay and play at the newest hotel in the Sun Valley area. Located on Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho, the Limelight Ketchum opened in December 2016 to offer the warm, friendly atmosphere and high-value amenities that have made the Limelight Hotel Brand a lauded resort hotel experience. Guests are invited to enjoy a well-stocked continental breakfast daily, including meats, cheeses and a rotation of hot breakfast items, and a happy hour in the lounge from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, featuring live music and hand-tossed specialty pizzas and local brews. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.
