This 4 bd/5 bath private home located in a quiet, sunny neighborhood offers 4500 sqft of living space and will sleep 8 people max. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

Skyline Drive is a stunning three-level home, located across from Dollar Mountain and only 2 miles from downtown Ketchum, which is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop. Also accessible from that bus stop is Sun Valley's iconic Bald Mountain. With views from nearly every angle, this 4 bedroom plus bonus room, 5.5 bathroom estate home is perfect for pretty much any traveling group. The master suite has a king bed, and three additional rooms each have a queen, and the fourth bedroom, which is slightly detached from the main part of the home, contains two double beds. The home’s open floor plan offers a variety of spaces for entertainment and relaxation, including a back patio area with a fire pit and waterfall, deck sitting area, living area with a fireplace and a game room with an HD TV, pool table, arcade machine and stick hockey game. The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The White Cloud townhomes are located next to the beautiful Trail Creek & White Cloud golf course, across the street and just minutes from the Sun Valley resort and downtown Ketchum. Thunder Springs Condominiums are located next to the Bigwood Golf course in Ketchum and have access to an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and underground parking. Condos have an open layout, with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, deck or patio and in-unit laundry facilities.
